Job Overview

Acum Connect is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Events Assistant to support event planning and execution. This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordination, and providing on-site support to ensure smooth operations.

Pay Range

$17.00 – $26.00 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Assist in event setup, organization, and tear-down activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, staff, and team members to meet event needs.
  • Manage supplies and equipment for each event.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event attendees.
  • Support the events team with administrative and logistical tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in events or customer service is a plus.
