Position Overview:
Communiboost is looking for a motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events that exceed client expectations. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Salary Range: $21.00 – $30.25 hourly
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services and materials.
  • Help manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
  • Create and maintain timelines for all event-related activities and tasks.
  • Assist in the development of event themes, concepts, and marketing materials.
  • Support the on-site management of events, addressing any issues as they arise.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
