We are working with a well:established multinational brand seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee its fast:paced, high:volume operation across Dorset, Sussex, and Kent. With three Area Managers reporting directly into this position, you will take ownership of ensuring operational excellence and driving performance across the region.

The ideal candidate will come from a high:volume QSR background, with experience managing large teams and overseeing a similarly sized (18: 22 stores ) area. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Manager or an ambitious Operations Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role.

Key Responsibilities Of a Regional Manager

  • Oversee and manage multiple QSR sites across Dorset, Sussex and Kent.
  • Drive operational standards, ensuring exceptional customer experience and commercial success.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop high:performing teams, building a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver key KPIs around sales, profit, and team performance.

What Were Looking For
