ABOUT THE ROLE:

There is an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the growing team and support a data-driven culture. In this role, the individual will collaborate directly with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to harness data and empower teams to make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.

This role emphasizes execution: uncovering and delivering insights, building dashboards, tracking metrics, designing experiments, and analyzing results to drive decision-making. The successful candidate will need to embed themselves within teams, grasp context, users, and goals, and actively contribute to the mission of improving clinician happiness.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and can translate data into actionable recommendations.

HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT:

  • Tackle analytics responsibilities across various teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Provide the data and insights necessary for informed decision-making. Define success metrics, track performance, and analyze trends.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by embedding insights into decision-making processes, refining foundational metrics (KPIs), and aligning teams on shared priorities.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to assist teams in tracking key trends in product usage, marketing performance, sales effectiveness, customer retention, etc.
  • Translate stakeholder inquiries into clear analyses, deliver actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve data structures, address tracking gaps, and enhance data reliability and accessibility.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred, but Tableau, Power BI, or similar are acceptable).
  • Comfort with scripting languages for data analysis (Python preferred, but R acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of statistics, including A/B testing.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
  • Experience writing data transformations to prepare data for dashboards or analyses.
  • A proactive, independent work style, and strong prioritization skills.

  • Previous experience working closely with diverse teams in a data-driven role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or health tech sectors.
  • Exposure to predictive modeling or machine learning.
