To execute targeted sourcing strategies for identifying and engaging qualified candidates in Product, Engineering, and SaaS sectors across the Indian & global job market.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement structured sourcing strategies using digital recruitment platforms
- Conduct systematic candidate searches across multiple professional networks
- Maintain and update candidate databases with precision
- Screen and initial evaluation of potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements
- Utilize advanced search techniques on professional networking sites
- Track and report on sourcing metrics and candidate pipeline
- Support recruitment team in creating comprehensive candidate profiles
- Engage with potential candidates through professional communication channels
Required Skills
Technical Proficiencies
- Intermediate proficiency in sourcing tools:
- LinkedIn Recruiter Basic
- Boolean search techniques
- Primary ATS (Applicant Tracking System) navigation
- Basic recruitment automation tools
- Fundamental understanding of candidate management systems
- Competent in using professional networking platforms
Soft Skills
- Strong communication abilities

Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of professional sourcing experience
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates in technology sectors
- Basic understanding of Product, Engineering, and SaaS recruitment landscapes (Mandatory)
- Technical Domain Knowledge
- Foundational understanding of Product Management roles
- Basic comprehension of Engineering job requirements
- Awareness of SaaS industry talent trends
