Job Description
Thompson Falls School District is seeking a dynamic, full time elementary teacher for the 2025-2026 academic school year. Grade level to be determined. Deliver instruction and assess academic growth for students with a broad range of abilities. Knowledge of district educational initiatives such as RTI, Love and Logic, and OLWEUS bullying program preferred but not required. Potential extra-curricular coaching opportunities may exist. Applicants must be able to meet the qualifications for appropriate Montana certification and endorsement.Â
Essential Functions: Deliver instruction and assess academic growth for students with a broad range of abilities. Plan and develop lessons suitable for a particular grade level following curriculum guideline of district and state standards. Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment while motivating students to develop skills of a 21st Century learner. Other duties as assigned. Extra-curricular opportunities may be available.
