Primary Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and management.
Requirements
Qualifications (What we need?)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in project management or construction coordination.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
