- Achieve Production Targets as per plan by Managing Material & Resources.
- Minimizing Production errors and setting up quality controls and protocols.
- Production booking in system through SAP.
- Identification & Implementation of different improvement initiatives in area of Cost, Safety & Productivity.
- Ensure safety of Man & Materials while working at Shop Floor.
- Skill Development of Subordinates and Team members.
- Working for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 system.
- Responsible for certification of scaffolding erection.
- Periodic inspection of Lifting Tools & Tackles.
- Handling of Shifts Independently.
- Coordination with other departments for Factory related activities.
- Work as Task force member for Different Project/AFM orders.
- Conducting Periodic Training to improve competency of contract workmen.
