DELAY ANALYST
Job Description
Description for the position of Delay Analyst shall be as follows:
- Has to have an overall Experience of 10 to 15 Years.
- Minimum Qualification shall be B.E. Civil Engineering.
- Post Graduation in Construction/Contracts Management is preferred.
- Experience in infrastructure project works preferred.
- Must have hands on experience in MSP and PRIMAVERA P6.
- Must have experience in Forensic delay analysis.
- Should possess knowledge in project planning.
- Should possess knowledge in Project Scheduling.
- Should possess knowledge in prolongation cost claims.
- Must have experience in preparation of Extension of Time application.
- Must have knowledge in preparation of Delay and Disruption cost claims.
- Must have a good understanding of infrastructure project works.
- Good understanding of Contract conditions [FIDIC, NHPC, NPCIL].
