Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Project Manager to join our team, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in high-tech industries or startups, combined with strong hands-on experience in on-site/field deployments. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
The Customer Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the successful integration and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment across internal teams, external suppliers, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and oversee complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Field Deployment: Manage on-site/field deployments, coordinating activities and resolving any challenges to ensure seamless implementation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with R&D, external suppliers, and other internal teams to integrate solutions effectively and address project dependencies.
- Solution Integration: Plan and execute solution integration and deployment processes, ensuring all components are aligned with customer requirements.
- Analytical Capabilities: Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify risks, analyze project performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Dependency Management: Understand and navigate the complexity of working with multidisciplinary teams, identifying and managing interdependencies effectively.
- Hands-On Leadership: Demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving, providing proactive solutions, and taking ownership of project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certificates in project management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex multi-disciplinary project management roles, preferably in high-tech companies or startups.
- Field Deployment: Proven experience with on-site/field deployments, including planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of solution integration, data analysis, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, including dependency analysis and the ability to manage complexity.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Self-Management: A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with evolving customer requirements.
