Plotters Technical Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for A Plotter Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of printers, copiers, and other imaging devices. They diagnose and troubleshoot issues, install, and configure printers, update drivers, provide technical support to end-users, and keep track of inventory and maintenance schedules.

- In depth diagnose plotters problems is a must
- Determine cause and Isolate problem.
- Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
- Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
- Keeps customer updated to their cases.
- Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff
Qualification
- University Degree
- Plotters Hardware diagnosis skills is a must.
- Basic network troubleshooting is a plus.
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to travel to all governorates in Egypt.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Language: Very Good English spoken and written
Experience: 0-10 Years
