You will provide prompt, courteous and efficient services to all guest, in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival until departure. You will personally greet and escort guests to their rooms to make them feel expected and welcomed.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- High School Qualification
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills and proficient in computer application.
- Exposure to multi-cultural environment with high level of attention to details.
- Up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Pleasing personality and willing to work on shifts.
- Knowledge of Opera systems is a definite advantage.
