We create award-winning reusable bottles and cups, with every product sold funding the collection of 1000 plastic bottles in weight – before they reach the ocean. What you’ll be doing:
As we approach the next stage of growth, we’re looking for our next Mid-Senior Designer (B2B) to join our Marketing & Creative team. The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver high-quality design solutions that elevate our brand and partnerships through the key channels of Partners and Retailers. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process for all B2B and retail projects, working without supervision whilst collaborating with our Creative Lead and Trade Marketing Teams. You’ll bring a fresh creative eye to our strategically important and fast-growing channels of B2B channels and Retail. Your work will make a tangible impact in our largest revenue and highest growth channels.
Additionally, you will:
- Have ownership over B2B design workflow: Spearhead the creation of high-quality designs for B2B and retail marketing projects, including partnership pitch decks, product renders, Point-of-sale (POS) materials for retailers, and Digital assets for campaigns (email, paid, web, social).
- Drive collaboration: By partnering with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, you will ensure design solutions align with business goals and brand guidelines.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on B2B and/or retail marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Ideal / desirable skills in: Animation, 3D Design/Rendering, Re-touching, AI/Prompt Design i.e. confident using MidJourney or similar programme.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- A meticulous approach to design with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Proven ability to work without supervision and take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with the broader team.
- Understanding of retail and B2B marketing principles, including POS design, product catalogues, editorial layout, digital advertising, and partnership materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Bonus points if you’ve worked with a tool like Asana, Wrike or Monday to manage creative workflows.

- Delivery of creative requests for B2B and Retail channels, delivered in line with prioritisation agreed with our Creative Lead and Trade Marketing Manager.
- Evolution of our B2B and Retail marketing materials, based on market, channel and audience insights.
- Project and stakeholder management, with proactive and regular updates to key stakeholders including Head of Brand Marketing, Head of Sales, Trade Marketing Team and Creative Lead.
