As our HR Service Center Workforce Analyst, you will be a key member of workgroup that oversees all processing for employees that are transitioning such as a limited or contract to career conversions as well as the transition process from one business unit to another. You will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, performing updates and post-audit review of the online system PeopleSoft/UCPath for approximately 22,000 plus employees from Ronald Reagan Medical Center, Santa Monica Hospital, Faculty Practice Group and David Geffen School of Medicine.

Salary Range: $30.56 to $60.82 HourlyQualifications

The HR Service Center Workforce Analyst must possess a combination of skills and abilities to successfully manage a complex set of responsibilities in a high profile, academic health sciences organization, including: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook2-3 years’ experience with HR life cycle/ off boarding processes.

  • Strong knowledge base of UC policy, contracts and UCPath SOPs strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience with HR life cycle/ off boarding processes
  • Peoplesoft experience required
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem resolution
  • Exceptional attention to detail and delivery of world class service
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly profession and strong interpersonal skills
  • Maintains confidential information with great candor
