In your pivotal role, you will engage throughout the entire program lifecycle—from outreach and application to delivery and evaluation. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and moderate program meetings and events for diverse group sizes, ranging from intimate sessions to gatherings of over 100 participants.
- Oversee the logistics for the entire program lifecycle, which includes managing application platforms, communications, and participant outreach.
- Assist in developing curricula and contribute to the design of new programs, including pilot projects and the generation of creative event and speaker concepts.
- Gather and coordinate program data to support continuous improvement, ensuring that diverse perspectives are integrated and learning objectives are achieved.
- Maintain comprehensive records of program activities, progress, and outcomes, and aid in preparing documents such as briefings and presentations.
- Ensure accurate storage of program data in the CRM system, including guest release forms, attendance records, and participant feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new processes or enhancements, utilizing project management tools effectively.
- Draft, edit, and proofread written materials with a keen focus on quality and precision.
- Assist in event planning for both virtual and in-person gatherings and manage travel logistics as necessary.
- Handle billing and invoicing related to program expenses.
Required Skills
- Strong ability to maintain a broad perspective while focusing on details.
- Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience with budget management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project and program planning, with strong presentation and facilitation capabilities in both in-person and online settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including participants, staff, board members, and external partners.
- Proven experience in supervising interns, seasonal staff, or volunteers.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with youth in educational, community-building, or leadership initiatives.
- Familiarity with the non-partisan civic sector and a commitment to engaging diverse individuals in the mission.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), application platforms, and online engagement tools.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
