Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall office operations, including inventory oversight, mail processing, and filing systems.
- Provide essential administrative support to program staff by coordinating client appointments and scheduling.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, assist visitors, and maintain a professional and inviting office atmosphere.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events and health education/prevention initiatives.
- Prepare and manage expense reports while conducting data entry using the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency and contribute to program success.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with administrative functions such as mail merges.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications
