Compensation And Benefits

  • Our compensation philosophy prioritizes fairness and transparency, ensuring equitable practices.
  • The salary range for this role is \(100,000 – \)115,000, with a midpoint of \(107,500. Initial offers will be set at \)102,125 to guarantee consistency and fairness.
