Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team in delivering evidence-based care to a diverse patient population across Washington State. This fully remote position enables you to provide essential telehealth services, guiding individuals on their recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients via telehealth, including individual, group, and family sessions when appropriate.
  • Perform comprehensive intakes, mental health evaluations, and deliver ongoing counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation in adherence to federal, state, and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Washington State.
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivering psychotherapy with a focus on evidence-based methods.
  • Proficient in documentation and treatment planning within an EMR system.
  • Strong assessment and engagement skills to connect with a varied patient demographic.
  • Preferred: Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese; experience with EMDR or DBT; prior telehealth experience.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as needed.
  • A self-motivated professional who thrives both independently and within a team dynamic.
