Key Responsibilities

- Maintain rigorous standards for data governance, security, and compliance throughout business operations.
- Manage the selection process and ongoing relationships with third-party technology vendors, ensuring they provide long-term value.
- Initiate and oversee outsourcing strategies aimed at boosting efficiency while upholding quality standards.
- Champion change management initiatives to promote the successful implementation of new technologies across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in various departments to optimize technology solutions tailored to operational challenges.
- Cultivate a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continual advancement.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles within sectors such as tech-driven manufacturing, food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a related domain.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-departmental business operations and scaling technology teams.
- Excellent leadership skills with the capability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels, from the operational teams to the Board of Directors.
- In-depth knowledge of ‘buy versus build’ strategies, with a preference for leveraging external solutions while retaining the ability to develop essential internal systems.
- Expertise in systems integration, data management, and vendor oversight, including long-term partnerships.
- A strong history of managing organizational change to facilitate technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or fulfillment, with a solid understanding of how technology can drive operational efficiency and growth.
- Experience with managing multi-department budgets, including IT-related profit and loss (P&L).
