Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and support HR staff to ensure efficient HR operations.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations matters with discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with National Government agencies like DOLE, SSS, Phil Health and PAG-IBIG.
  • Assist in managing performance review processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, and supporting payroll processing.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Has good work ethics and strong sense of morals.
  • Discretion and ability to keep confidential information.
