Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and support HR staff to ensure efficient HR operations.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations matters with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with National Government agencies like DOLE, SSS, Phil Health and PAG-IBIG.
- Assist in managing performance review processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, and supporting payroll processing.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Has good work ethics and strong sense of morals.
- Discretion and ability to keep confidential information.
