As a B2B Insurance Sales Assistant within WiASSUR, you will play a crucial role in supporting business activities and managing customer relationships. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the members of the sales team, contributing to the prospecting of new B2B customers, and ensuring the effective monitoring of the processes related to the underwriting of insurance policies. This position offers a learning opportunity in the field of B2B insurance and an opportunity to evolve into increased commercial responsibilities.

Liability

  • Administrative support: provide administrative support to members of the business team, including agenda management, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Prospecting and research: contribute to the prospecting of new B2B customers by conducting research on target companies and identifying business opportunities.
  • Responding to customer requests: responding to initial customer requests, gathering preliminary information about their insurance needs, and referring them to the appropriate members of the sales team.
  • Monitoring underwriting processes: ensure effective monitoring of underwriting processes, including the collection of necessary information, preparation of documentation, and coordination with underwriters.
  • Documentation Management: effectively maintain and organize documentation related to clients, insurance policies, and business transactions.
  • Internal collaboration: work closely with internal teams, including underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to ensure effective customer service.
  • Reporting and monitoring: prepare regular reports on business activities, customer requests, and key performance indicators.

Formation

  • Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to research and identify business opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and office software.
