Job Purpose
In close collaboration with Central Supply Chain, Regional Merchandising team and our stores, your mission is to improve stock availability and optimize inventory levels through enriching current distribution planning process.

Job responsibilities
Roles And Responsibilities
- Inventory Sizing
- Define and communicate the target stock level and model stock for each Store / Market / Subsidiary according to life cycle (new products, seasonal, permanent items, phasing out…) and expected service level
- Inventory Deployment
- Ensure the inventory deployment according to the demand and inventory level in coordination with the demand planner
- Allocate the products according to the priorities / opportunities / constraints in terms of transportation, shipping, back of house space in our stores …
- Control the availability of products, identify and report the shortages/ stocks excess risks
- Communicate the availability of products to Stores / Merchandising Teams
- Rebalancing Organization
- Identify opportunities of product rebalancing in distribution network
- Organize and deploy inventory rebalancing between Stores / Markets / Clients / Subsidiaries
- Product Life Cycle Management
- Plan and organize new product launches and end of life product strategies in cooperation with the Retail and Merchandising departments
- Optimize the inventory depletion (sales, staff sales, returns & disposal…)
- Review Process for Distribution Planning for Seasonal Products
- Transversal Projects
- Lead cross-functional projects related to Distribution and Supply Chain optimization, such as Assortment Efficiency Management with Merchandising, Distribution Center Workload Planning with Logistics, etc.
- Actual projects will depend on current priorities as well as the candidate background and experience.
- Operation Follow-up
- Create/Publish appropriate reports for sell –through, carry over, sales conversion, availability rate, pullback compliance, etc.
Profile
Skills And Competencies
- Relevant degree – preferably bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Industrial Management / Operational Research
- 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, luxury industry is a plus
- Understanding Demand and Distribution Planning principles
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to provide recommendations
- Ability to operate and structure large amount of data, very strong knowledge of Excel is required
- Ability to work with databases, Power BI, SQL is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand all stakeholders’ priorities and context, adapt communication to the counterpart
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Positive and open-minded in all interactions with counterparts, goodwill is a must
- Able to structure and synthetize data and processes
- Result oriented and dead-line driven
- English Fluent, French is a plus
Additional information
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
