Job Purpose
We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Digital Marketing and Customer Insights Analyst to support the acceleration of Unilever’s digital commerce business. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Digital commerce team in achieving data and operational excellence across all areas underpinned by the principle of turning data into action through sales driving marketing campaigns. You will work directly with a range of customers to use sales and marketing campaign performance data to inform decision making on future activity.
Support the ICNOW commercial team with all areas of data analytics (example include monthly reporting, dashboards, PowerBI tools, customer data manipulation). Own and manage the E2E data process for key customers, from external sourcing to internal processing, manipulation, and presentation. Provide clear, timely, and actionable business inputs to relevant functions to ensure we achieve our ‘right first time’ approach at customer partnership. Provide insights to the business to support customer decision making on campaigns based on previous performance Build, manage and own direct relationships with our digital commerce customers to ensure a best-in-class partnerships. To be the customer point of contact (internally and externally) on any data related queries.
Key Deliverables
Own, manage and develop Power BI and Excel tools to support and conduct data analysis and validation to ensure that data-driven narratives are accurate, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals. Build credibility by working directly with customers to ensure data integrity and consistency in all reports and presentations. Support the digital commerce team with hypothesis testing and predictive modelling to identify trends, correlations, and insights. Individual 3+1’s.
Key Experience And Qualifications Required
Proven experience in data and analytics within the FMCG sector Experience with retail and e-commerce analytics; knowledge of retail data, Nielsen, IRI data and analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI) to track product performance Strong statistical background with the ability to perform hypothesis testing, identify trends, correlations, segmentation studies to derive insights from large datasets. Demonstrated evidence of working in agile, faced-pace team environments with competing priorities. Exceptional customer partnering.
