Pastoral Support Tutor
£26,451 – £28,907 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor to provide pastoral and academic support to our full time learners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. The work you do as a Pastoral Support Tutor will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have an outstanding and fulfilling experience at college.
As well as experience of supporting students aged 16-19, our Pastoral Support Tutor will be required to understand their support needs. As a Pastoral Support Tutor, you will be highly motivated and have experience of target setting, working to tight deadlines and have proven time management and organisational skills.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of supporting students in a similar age range, high motivation and effective time management skills and a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
