- Gains supervised practical experience by actively participating in one or more projects for Samaritan Health Services while fulfilling the requirements of assigned internship program.
- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Apps Delivery and Ops function manages the operations of our existing services and implements new technology into the organization on behalf of our business customers. Our team includes the 24/7 service desk, application operations and implementation teams.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience or training in the following required:
- Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint and Wiki.
- Showing attention to detail and document systems.
- Phone and in-person communication skills.
- Working successfully in a team environment.
- Analyst Team (if applicable):
- Current enrollment or recent graduate in a Bachelor’s degree program related to area of internship required.
- Experience or training in system troubleshooting and business analysis required.
- Technical Team (if applicable):
- Current enrollment or recent graduate in an Associate’s degree program related to information systems required.
- Experience or training in Windows and hardware troubleshooting required.
