Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Content Writing:
  • Develop and optimize content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms by incorporating trending keywords and SEO best practices.
  • Social Media Content:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to craft creative captions, ad copy, and content for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), email newsletters, WhatsApp communication, and ad campaigns.
  • Contribute to generating new content ideas for LinkedIn and other social platforms to enhance brand engagement.
  • Research & Keyword Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and keyword optimization for search engine rankings.
  • Product Content Creation:
  • Research and create informative product descriptions, feature explanations, and communications regarding services, ensuring the content resonates with the target audience.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

Business Development (BD), Graphics, And Product Teams

  • Assist in creating content for a variety of documents such as
  • PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), business proposals, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Detailed Project Reports (DPR), etc.Help prepare video scripts to clearly explain products and services, focusing on an audience-friendly approach.
  • Ensure that all client-facing materials, such as proposals and reports, are clear, concise, and professionally written.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience working in collaboration with social media, marketing, business development and other teams for cross- functional projects.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends across platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent research skills to generate accurate, engaging content and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Google Docs, MS Word,
  • Excel/Sheets, and content creation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor content performance.
