Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Main Accountabilities
- Achieve the pre-set sales target requested by management in terms of profit & number of new clients.
- Close deals within company pricing policy.
- Retain current customers, approach new potential customers, and restore business relations with old customers.
- Conduct Market & Industry research to Identify new opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors ‘pricing, and market shares to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Handle customer complaints and solve it with great care and proper coordination with colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, marketing or a related field
- 5+ years in sales in the freight forwarding sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and result oriented
