Key Accountabilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement comprehensive drilling plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation

Manage the lifecycle of drilling programs from initial planning to execution and reporting

Ensure all drilling activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.

Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, environmental, and operations teams, to support drilling objectives

Manage procurement related activities for drilling operations

Analyse drilling data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Provide technical guidance and support to drilling teams

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the drilling team

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or related field

Minimum Experience

12+ years’ experience in drilling operations/management or a similar role
