Job Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and managing labor and material vendors across the nation, ensuring effective communication and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. This role requires proactive engagement in developing relationships with vendors, sourcing subcontractors and materials based on project needs, and maintaining accurate vendor information in the company database. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who can collaborate with internal teams, such as Project Directors and Estimators, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of services and materials.

To Be Successful In This Role, Candidates Should Have

  • An Associate’s degree or at least three years of relevant experience in vendor management (preferably within the construction industry)
  • Strong proficiency with vendor management software
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Knowledge of municipal permitting processes
  • Experience with business and vehicle insurance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across geographic locations
