Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to spearhead our claims operations in Torrance, CA. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Claim Operations will be instrumental in promoting operational excellence across all facets of claims management, inclusive of adjusting and field claim operations. This pivotal role demands a focus on achieving optimal claim performance, adhering to service standards, and enhancing both employee and network satisfaction, as reflected in Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive claims operations, ensuring alignment with service standards and performance metrics.
- Manage operational expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
- Drive a culture of accountability and high performance within claims teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends to refine practices and improve overall claims operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range of \(250k – \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE).
- Base salary of \(175k, with performance-based bonuses of up to \)30k quarterly, uncapped.
- 401k with a 10% match, eligible after one year of service.
