Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, promote, and execute webinars to captivate and inform target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with content, product, and sales teams to devise compelling webinar subjects and secure engaging speakers.
- Oversee webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, On24) to guarantee a seamless execution.
- Monitor registration, attendance, and engagement metrics; analyze data to refine future events.
- Organize and implement regional in-person events such as roadshows, meetups, and informative lunch-and-learn sessions.
- Work in partnership with sales and regional teams to pinpoint key markets and ideal attendees.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, signage, and on-site arrangements.
- Develop follow-up strategies to convert attendees into leads and loyal customers.
- Lead the planning and execution of larger-scale corporate events, encompassing trade shows, conferences, and company-hosted summits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event goals align with broader marketing strategies.
- Maintain vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure events are executed on time and within defined scope.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year dedicated to event marketing.
- Detail-oriented with a strong passion for organized processes and effective project management.
- Excellent communication skills and proven leadership capabilities, with comfort in engaging with sales teams, vendors, executives, and community leaders.
- Proficient understanding of marketing attribution, metrics, and reporting methodologies, ensuring events align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
- 1 year of experience in events marketing.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
