Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in the logistics sector, gaining comprehensive knowledge of various transportation methods such as Less than Truckload (LTL), Truckload, and Intermodal.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support by cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with our clientele.
  • Manage the daily functions for key customer accounts, which includes load planning, shipment tracking, and efficient issue resolution.
  • Enhance logistics processes by identifying and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including Account Managers and Freight Audit & Pay departments, to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
  • Commit to lifelong learning and professional growth by embracing new challenges and expanding your understanding of the logistics industry and our internal platforms.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related domain.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, essential for establishing rapport with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities, enabling the quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • A keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all facets of your responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or a logistics-related field is essential, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
