Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and support high school students and their families throughout the application journey, helping to eliminate barriers to studying abroad.
  • Assess students’ objectives and recommend suitable programs to facilitate their aspirations.
  • Engage with prospective students and families via phone, text, and email, utilizing a structured sales approach to encourage program enrollment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for applicants, parents, and internal teams, ensuring clarity regarding program specifics, deadlines, and subsequent steps.
  • Effectively manage both personal and team enrollment pipelines while maintaining consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate student travel logistics and deliver pre-departure orientation.
  • Represent our programs at various recruitment events (both virtual and in-person) to inspire student participation.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, tailored to accommodate diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and customer-centric mindset, adept at guiding families through a respectful and thoughtful sales process.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a readiness to learn new technologies such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities with precision and efficiency.
  • Cultural sensitivity, with experience or a keen interest in international travel or study abroad initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in international education or cultural exchange is preferred.
