Job Description
Location: Pune
Carries out day-to-day talent acquisition efforts for complex positions across a number of functions for an assigned area. Assists managers in validating position requirements and provides consultative feedback and direction about external labor market conditions, candidate needs, and sourcing and candidate selection strategy. Leverage various sourcing job boards and social media to identify and screen suitable candidate against the open positions.
Talent mapping and pipelining for Sales, Projects and Services roles.
University Graduate degree and 4 year suggested minimum experience, or 2-year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
