Join our Clinical Neurosciences team as a Sleep Laboratory Manager, providing critical oversight and support to ensure the highest quality of care and operational excellence. Reporting to the Medical Director and Director of Clinical Neurosciences, you’ll lead a skilled team and manage the daily operations of a cutting-edge facility dedicated to advancing sleep medicine.

As the Sleep Laboratory Manager, you will supervise technical and administrative staff, evaluating their performance, monitoring workflows, and implementing procedures to ensure optimal efficiency. You will oversee lab operations, including budget preparation and analysis, payroll, inventory control, and special projects, while driving continuous improvements. In this role, you will collaborate with divisional offices to collect data, coordinate timely project completion, and support departmental initiatives.

In addition to managing staffing, recruitment, and human resources processes, you will provide strategic support to the Clinical Neurophysiology leadership team, contributing to the overall management of the department.

Salary Range: $102,500-227,700/year

Qualifications

  • Candidates must obtain a California Polysomnographic Technologist License within six months of hire.
  • Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required, while a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in sleep laboratory management is also highly preferred.
