At its core is the Large Market Model (LMM), an adaptable AI engine that forecasts demand and market trends with precision, empowering real-time decision-making. Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.
At Fetcherr, the Program Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of interconnected projects that align with broader organizational goals. Unlike Project Managers, who focus on managing individual projects, Program Managers oversee multiple projects within a program to ensure strategic alignment, coordination, and achievement of overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage complex programs comprising multiple projects to achieve company goals.
- Oversee the execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with deliverables from various R&D teams and product lines.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers.
- Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring timely delivery of all program components within budget.
- Continuously assess program performance, mitigate risks, and adapt plans to address challenges.
- Accurately document program scope, budget, objectives, and progress for stakeholders.
Requirements:
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- At least 3 significant tenures as a Program or Project Manager, with a combination of experience in large corporations and startups at Series B or C funding stages. (6+ years)
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex technical projects that involve multiple R&D teams and diverse product lines.
- A technical background; preference will be given to candidates with experience in data science/engineering or related fields.
- A strong track record of customer-facing interactions, building trust, and fostering relationships.
- Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira is essential.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with the airline industry or experience as a Revenue Manager in airlines is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. Preferably industrial management engineering
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
