Job Summary:
The Junior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, assist with event coordination, and ensure the smooth implementation of marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive individual looking to begin their career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing traditional marketing campaigns, such as print, direct mail, and event marketing.
- Coordinate logistics for promotional events, including securing venues, materials, and vendor communications.
- Maintain and organize marketing materials, ensuring accessibility for the team.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports to highlight results and areas for improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
