The Role

Job Descriptions

You will be responsible for :

  • Responsible for timely and quality preparation of month end reports, journal entries and account reconciliation.
  • Prepares and generates monthly reports and financial statement.
  • Direct supports to the Head of Finance and Administration in matters regarding statutory requirements, audit, tax compliance activities.
  • Help ensure timely and accurate supplier payments and compliance with the relevant guidelines and its process requirements.
  • Support finance manager in real time fund monitoring and bank reconciliation.
  • Standardization and documentation of finance and admin procedures.
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Payroll, A/R, A/P and Cost Accounting.
  • Implements internal controls to ensure that accounting processes and record keeping adhere to accounting practices, and review their effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Spots errors and suggests ways to improve efficiency and spending.
  • Reviews and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Provides input into departments goal setting process.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
  • With at least 3 years working experience in similar function.
  • Action oriented, strong attention to details and good project management skills
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into management level summaries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent MS office skills desired as the role will manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP.
  • Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with GAAP principles.
  • Prior experience in preparing financial statement, budgets, and participating in audits.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
