Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kansas, MO. This role will support daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other administrative materials.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems.
  • Support senior staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of company-wide events and activities.
  • Ensure office operations are compliant with organizational procedures and standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required.
