We are looking for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to maintain and improve our clinical standards leading on audit activity and driving forward strategies to continually improve clinical service delivery.

Position:

As Mental Health Clinical Lead for IPRS Health you will be an essential of our Mental Health leadership team. You and your team will be responsible for the safe and effective clinical delivery of a robust outcome focused mental health service.

You will be able to have a positive impact in ensuring clinical guidelines and pathways are maintained and updated in line with best practice. Overseeing clear clinical training, audit and support programmes to ensure all colleagues are confident and excel in their roles. Ultimately aiming to support all clinicians in their roles to make IPRS Health an employer of choice.

This role will be the main point of clinical support with risk escalation for the service and as such requires you to have excellent knowledge of risk and safeguarding while being a clear communicator.

Through clinical audit and analysis of service outcome data you will identify trends that can be improved as part of a continuous quality improvement cycle. Subsequentially working with the wider clinical leadership team to develop and implement new clinical initiatives that help drive service improvement.

We are looking for our new Mental Health Clinical Lead to be an experienced clinical leader who is motivated to contribute to helping thousands each year.

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:

Qualifications:

Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with full BABCP accreditation. It is also desirable for to have an additional core profession.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will be a proven clinical leader with experience of risk management and clinical supervision. Previous experience of service audit and development through clear quality change cycle will be key.

Other information:

Salary:£51,000-£27,000 per annum

Hours:40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Location:Remote within the UK

Permanent position within IPRS Health Mental Health team
