Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, invoices, and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests during events.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure event success.
