We are searching for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our team as a Chief of Staff to the Founder in our Berlin, Germany office.

Role Overview:

As a Chief of Staff to the Founder at Nucs AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, contributing to high-impact initiatives across business development, fundraising, and market expansion. We’re seeking a highly adaptable, proactive individual with a strong background in venture capital, strategic finance, or startup operations. Prior experience in MedTech or the US SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) market is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives to align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead financial modeling, fundraising preparation, and investor presentations.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to inform investment strategies and business development efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between founders, investors, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Support venture financing activities, including due diligence and deal structuring.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide product development and market access strategies.
  • Manage high-priority projects across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Contribute to marketing and growth initiatives, emphasizing market penetration and customer acquisition.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, strategic finance, or startup operations.
  • Strong understanding of the MedTech industry; knowledge of AI-powered healthcare solutions is a significant plus.
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading fundraising efforts and managing investor relations.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and market assessment.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is an asset.
  • Knowledge of and strong interest in the US market is preferred.
