The role:

As Head of Consumer & Marketplace Insights & Analytics (CMIA) in Zone Europe you will be responsible for delivering data driven consumer centricity, maximizing the use and value derived from high quality data and superior insights gathered across the zone. You will also be the champion of the CMIA community and function.

What you’ll do:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building a strong community of CMIA professionals and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Setting up the CMIA functional strategy, including securing the value and reputation of CMIA within the broader organisation.
  • Implementing cross-category tools, technologies, and operational plan to maximize the teams effectiveness.
  • The setting of minimum standards across Z-EUR, including data and measurement frameworks, guidelines, ways of working and governance.
  • Secure implementation and/or use of leading-edge practices across the zone, putting consumer centricity at the heart of decision making.
  • Working with the Marketing Campus on a tailormade program to continuously develop professional skills with the team.
  • Securing cross-category collaboration on topics, trends and key topics to Nestle when appropriate.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Background in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or similar.
  • Desirable Master in Marketing, or studies related to consumer.
  • 12+ years’ experience in Marketing Research and Consumer Insights, Data Governance, Marketing Analytics, ML/AI or similar.
  • Strong experience in change management, including leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Solid experience working with a broad spectrum of data types.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience doing presentations to high-level stakeholders.
  • Great stakeholder management, at all levels, cross-functional and cross-cultural.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Experience in Brand Management is desirable.
  • Other European language would be a plus.
  • Ability to work with remote and offshore teams.
