Job Brief:

A Delivery Specialist in Sejel plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, products, or services to clients. Their responsibilities bridge the gap between the development team and the customer, focusing on operational execution, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborating with project managers and development teams to align deliverables with client requirements and timelines.
  • Managing the lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, implementation, and closure.

Client Communication:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients during the delivery phase.
  • Ensuring that client feedback is captured and addressed appropriately.

Quality Assurance:

  • Verifying that products or services meet predefined quality standards before delivery.
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues to avoid delays or client dissatisfaction.

Process Optimization:

  • Streamlining delivery processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Using industry best practices and tools to enhance delivery workflows.

Risk Management:

  • Anticipating potential risks or challenges in project delivery.
  • Developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Service Delivery:

  • Overseeing the deployment, installation, or integration of IT solutions at the client site or in their environment.
  • Providing support for go-live activities and post-deployment troubleshooting.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Tracking the progress of projects and ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Generating reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
