The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our technical department. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs. As a Graphic Designer at Tilbury Douglas, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visual identity and supporting our regional teams in work winning.
What you will be doing
- Develop and design creative materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and website content.
- Collaborate with the regional business units to support them in graphical content for working winning and business development.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the Tilbury Douglas brand and adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into your designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
What we will need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Some experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with video editing and animation.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
