Job Responsibilities
- Support and gathering requirements and information from various business units.
- Manage, define, propose and evolve appropriate solution options based on the business needs, current state and target state
- Coordinate, priorities and work with the Business Stakeholders and Business Users to ensure business requirements are aligned to the goal and objectives.
- Ensure consistency of requirements across countries for a harmonized regional core platform.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the application development team.
- Perform product setup for product launch during system implementation and data migration.
- Support data migration on data analysis, and data cleaning.
- Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to better understand the business requirements, product needs and alternative solutions.
- Prepare and file documentation for the project committee to review.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for enhancements and refinements in our products and processes.
