Recruitment and Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our business forward. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. In addition, part of your duties will cover support of other key functions such as HR operations and sales.

Your tasks

  • Support Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategy and HR operations
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create, standardize, and update job descriptions
  • Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of potential candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress
  • Prepare and issue offer letters (whenever needed) to selected candidates, ensuring that all terms and conditions are accurate and compliant with company policies
  • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one
  • Contract workers with regard to day–to–day issues (e.g. time reporting), handling their requests
  • Promote the company’s brand through various channels

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role in a corporate environment – preferably previous experience working in the IT services and consulting industry
  • Higher education degree
  • Proven ability to attract and hire high-caliber candidates across various functions
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including ATS, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
