Job Description
- Responsible for counselling the students regarding educational issues such as the course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, study habits, and career planning.
- Responsible for maintenance of the student record as required by the administrative regulations.
- Provide students with resources so that they can reach their full potential.
- Stay up to date with the current curriculum and the latest educational practices
- Responsible for bridging the gap between the students and the teachers.
- Helping the teachers with various methods and disciplinarian techniques to empower and handle the students.
- Meet with parents or the guardians to discuss with their childs progress and determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.
- Collaborate with teachers in development, evaluation and revisions of the school program.
Qualifications
- Candidate with postgraduate or gradation degree in Psychology with minimum 1 to 3 yrs of experience + B.Ed
- Pleasing personality with very good interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
