About This Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Program Manager Operations, you will be responsible for the oversight, management and delivery of projects from start to finish for operational initiatives, projects, construction / redevelopment and services across the organisation.

Specifically, You Will

Lead the delivery of operational strategic projects including developing project plans, monitoring milestones and key performance indicators.

Engage extensively with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to inform project plans and deliver on project objectives

Provide advice and input into the development of policies, procedures, guidelines and supporting documentation.

Prepare presentations incorporating complex content for distribution to both internal and external audiences.

About You

You are:

To Be Considered For The Role You Require

  • Experienced in managing projects linked to key strategic initiatives in a complex organisation.
  • Experienced in leading and managing staff with the capacity to influence, build and manage internal and external relationships.
  • Efficient in the management of human, physical and financial resources. With the ability to influence, lead and facilitate change management programs
  • Flexible with a willingness to take ownership of position responsibilities.
