As Administrator, the postholder will work as part of a dynamic PMO team delivering an effective service supporting the Prevention and Long-Term Conditions Programme.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, proactive, a team player and holds a ‘can-do attitude’. Good communication skills and a professional approach are essential to this role.

As Administrator, the postholder will support the PMO team with essential administrative services. These include, but are not limited to:
- Management of the PLTC PMO mailbox; ensuring enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and there is appropriate distribution across the team.
- Ensuring appropriate filing of emails and documents, in line with organisational policy.
- Supporting travel and accommodation bookings across the PLTC programme.
- Co-ordination of Freedom of Information and Parliamentary Questions, including maintaining FOI/PQ tracker.
- Supporting with meeting management across the PLTC programme and Senior Management Team, including preparing agendas, booking rooms, organising guest speakers, circulating meeting papers and communications.
- Provide diary management support where needed across the Senior Management Team.
- Supporting events / team away days across the programme, including room bookings, equipment, supporting agenda planning, coordinating key materials.
- Disseminating key communications to the PLTC programme team.
- Supporting with the day-to-day administrative tasks assigned to the team.
